These Terms govern your use of RestaurantIQ, an AI phone-ordering service operated by TechTrove Software Solutions LLC (“RestaurantIQ”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RestaurantIQ answers your restaurant's phone with an AI agent, takes customer orders, and delivers them to your kitchen. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and hours, and for fulfilling orders received through the service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, to send prohibited content, or in a way that disrupts the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestaurantIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. SMS notifications

As part of the service we send transactional order-confirmation texts. Consent, message types, frequency, rates, and opt-out (STOP/HELP) are described in our SMS Terms. We never send marketing texts and never sell mobile opt-in data.
