This Policy explains how RestaurantIQ, operated by TechTrove Software Solutions LLC, collects and uses information when you use our AI phone-ordering service.

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email), your restaurant's business information and menu, and order data captured during calls (such as a caller's name, phone number, and order items). Calls may be processed to transcribe and structure orders.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the service — answering calls, taking orders, showing your kitchen dashboard, billing, support, and improving reliability. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g., telephony, AI, payments, hosting) under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

5. SMS & mobile data

We send transactional order-confirmation texts only. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver those messages and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. How consent is collected and how to opt out (STOP/HELP) is described in our SMS Terms.

You may access, update, or delete your account information. Contact us to exercise your rights.
