Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses RestaurantIQ, operated by TechTrove Software Solutions LLC. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. By using the service you agree not to misuse it as described below.

1. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use RestaurantIQ to:

• Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing messages, or any marketing, promotional, or political content via the SMS program (it is strictly transactional).
• Transmit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Send messages relating to prohibited or high-risk categories restricted by carriers (e.g., illegal substances, hate speech, or SHAFT-regulated content) where not permitted.

2. Consent & opt-out

You must only contact people who have validly opted in, must honor STOP/opt-out requests promptly, and must not attempt to evade carrier filtering or our consent controls. See our SMS Terms for how consent is collected.

3. Platform integrity

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service; interfere with its normal operation; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or use the service to build a competing product.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our users, and message recipients. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to carriers or authorities.
